“Kinetic would much rather make sure they put in those new fiber orders than fix your phone. In fact, my husband says they purposely put a stop to fixing phones - the local community can't have phones because having the most fiber orders is more important than people in rural communities having a phone for emergency services.”

“About a week and a half ago, they suddenly stopped a few hundred yards from my house with everything unfinished. There's fiber not spliced, there's steel cable with no fiber, there are even new poles on the ground not erected. Is this typical behavior for them?”

“Finally got Kinetic! No more DSL. So far so good.”
