Frequent outages in my area
The speeds are okay when it works, but we've had 5 outages in the last 3 months, some lasting several hours. Customer service just says they're aware and working on it. Considering switching to Google Fiber which just became available.

Solid and straightforward
What I like about Spectrum is the simplicity. No contracts, no caps, equipment included. The speeds are reliable - my Gig plan consistently hits 800+. Wish the upload was faster but for the price it's hard to complain.

Reliable but nothing special
Spectrum is like a dependable sedan. It gets the job done without any excitement. 300 Mbps is plenty for our needs, no data caps is great, but the $75 regular price after promo feels steep. The upload speed really needs improvement.

No caps is nice but upload is terrible
I appreciate that Spectrum has no data caps and includes the equipment. However, 10 Mbps upload on a 300 Mbps plan is ridiculous in 2024. Video calls can be rough when my wife is also uploading files. Price jump after promo was steep too.
