Best value fiber in the market
200 Mbps symmetrical for $30/month? That's insane value. Router included, no caps, no contract. I was paying $70 for Comcast at similar speeds. Quantum Fiber is a no-brainer if it's available in your area.

Good service, legacy reputation hurt them
The fiber service itself is solid. My frustration is that it took them 5 years to upgrade my street from awful DSL. Neighbors one block over had fiber for years while I was stuck on 10 Mbps DSL. Now that I have it, no complaints.

Had CenturyLink DSL for years and it was terrible. When they upgraded my area to Quantum Fiber, it was like going from a bicycle to a Tesla. Getting solid 900+ Mbps symmetrical. The price lock guarantee has held up for 2 years.
